A leading New York law firm is seeking a litigation attorney with a minimum of five years of experience to join its growing trusts and estates litigation practice. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in one or more of the following areas: trusts and estates, fiduciary litigation, guardianships, Surrogate’s Court procedure, and/or elder law, particularly as it relates to capacity.

The attorney will manage a diverse portfolio of complex disputes in Surrogate’s Court, Supreme Court, and federal court. Day-to-day work includes drafting motions, conducting depositions, and appearing in court, as well as advising clients through sensitive, often high-stakes matters. Excellent writing skills and close attention to detail are essential for this role.

New York bar admission is required. The salary range for this position is $175,000+. The role will begin fully in-office, with the opportunity to transition to a four-day in-office schedule with one remote day.
