A leading law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney (Mid- to Senior-Level) for its New York or Boston office. The role sits within a well-established real estate practice group that advises a broad range of industry participants across acquisitions and dispositions, construction and permanent financing (representing both lenders and borrowers), and joint ventures, spanning portfolio transactions, REITs, and real estate funds. The associate will also work on equity joint venture investments, including structuring and entity formation, across all principal asset types — residential, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and land.

Candidates should bring 4-6 years of relevant law firm experience, along with strong academic credentials and admission to the New York state bar (or eligibility to waive in). The firm is looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, a team-oriented mindset, and a genuine interest in taking on increasing responsibility over time.
