A leading law firm is seeking a Senior IP Litigation Paralegal for its Los Angeles office. This role supports the firm’s IP Litigation group, working closely with attorneys and paralegals to manage complex cases from start to finish — conducting legal research, reviewing and analyzing documents and data, and preparing court-ready materials. The paralegal will juggle multiple concurrent matters, apply sound project management and organizational judgment, and identify efficiencies through technology. The position also involves preparing and editing correspondence, memoranda, and legal drafts, along with mentoring and overseeing junior paralegals and temporary staff.

Candidates should have a minimum of ten years of relevant IP litigation experience, including trial experience and experience leading trial teams; ITC experience is a plus. Strong discovery management skills, excellent research and communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently under deadline pressure are essential. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Flexibility for overtime and travel is required.

The salary range for this role in Los Angeles is $122,000–$169,000.
