The salary range is approximately $120,000–$175,000, depending on experience, with a billable hour requirement of 1,800–1,950 hours.

The attorney will regularly communicate with clients, the court, witnesses, opposing counsel, and co-counsel while adhering to all deadlines, and should expect some travel for court appearances and client meetings.

Candidates should bring 12+ years of experience, preferably in workers’ compensation matters, a J.D. from an accredited law school, and an active, good-standing New Jersey bar license. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are required, along with excellent communication skills and a demonstrated interest in workers’ compensation law. Portable business is a plus. Compensation is to be determined based on experience, with a billable hour requirement of 1,800–1,950 hours.
