A law firm is seeking an experienced Associate to join its Labor and Employment group in its Philadelphia office. The role covers a broad range of labor and employment matters, along with some general litigation defense work in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience, preferably defending labor and employment claims, and ideally with a background in defending liability claims and handling insurance defense and/or complex litigation. Candidates should have hands-on experience drafting pleadings, responding to written discovery, taking depositions, and participating in arbitrations and trials.

Candidates must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school, present excellent academic credentials, and demonstrate strong research, writing, organizational, and analytical skills. Active membership in both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars is required.
