A prestigious family law firm in Austin, TX is seeking a Litigation Support Specialist/Paralegal to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to provide day-to-day litigation support on complex family law cases alongside associate attorneys and managing partners, support firm leadership with internal operations, and work independently in a fast-paced, technology-driven, collaborative environment.

The role covers a broad range of family law matters across the state, including divorces, modifications, enforcements, and suits affecting the parent-child relationship. Responsibilities include maintaining complex digital client files, e-filing pleadings, scheduling, and communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff. The role also coordinates with district clerks on document retrieval, hearing dates, and status updates, mails certified correspondence, conducts basic discovery work such as document review and production logging, and helps prepare trial materials. Additional office-support duties include overseeing daily office operations, assisting with reception and client meeting prep, and handling mail and general clerical tasks.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of litigation support or paralegal experience, along with strong tech literacy. Familiarity with Texas county local rules (Harris, Travis, Dallas) and the structure of Texas family law cases is a plus, as is CRM experience. The salary range is $65,000–$80,000 per year.
