A leading law firm is seeking a Mid-Senior (5th–8th year) Real Estate Associate to join its Real Estate Practice Group, based in any of its U.S. offices. Qualified candidates should have substantial experience in commercial real estate and financing transactions spanning mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail, hotel, and resort properties.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience drafting, negotiating, and managing real estate and financing documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan agreements, easements, CC&Rs, and development and property management agreements. Real estate development and joint venture experience is preferred. The role involves direct interaction with partners and clients, strong project management and writing skills, and a willingness to mentor junior attorneys within a collaborative, client-focused team environment.

Candidates must hold a J.D. from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the relevant state bar, with timely bar admission coinciding with the office of hire required as a condition of employment.

The expected salary range is $310,000–$420,000, with actual pay determined by experience, education, and internal pay equity.
