Senior Litigation Paralegal

A leading law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support its Litigation group. This role partners closely with attorneys and paralegals to manage complex cases from intake through resolution, applying strong insight into legal procedures, project management, and cost efficiencies, while identifying and applying technology to maximize efficiency on assignments.
Responsibilities include managing complex litigation matters and building internal and external relationships to gather information and resources; juggling multiple concurrent projects with strong organizational judgment; conducting procedural and factual research and analyzing documents and data to support case strategy; drafting and editing correspondence, memoranda, and legal documents; and maintaining case files and data. The role also involves mentoring junior paralegals, proactively managing client relationships, and contributing to shared knowledge resources and best practices for the broader team. Research is conducted using client-approved tools, platforms, and databases.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and a minimum of seven years of relevant litigation experience, including trial experience and significant work managing discovery requests, responses, and document production. Strong research and analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision are essential, along with flexibility for overtime and travel as needed.
