A leading law firm is seeking a Technology Transactions Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its Technology Transactions practice group, which advises global technology leaders, unicorns, and emerging disruptors on complex technology and IP transactions across industries like AI, blockchain, fintech, semiconductors, and cloud technologies.

The ideal candidate brings strong intellectual property law knowledge with drafting and negotiation experience across a range of transaction types, including software and technology licenses, development and professional services agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements, e-commerce and media deals, and M&A and equity financing support, including due diligence on contract and IP matters.

Candidates should be able to communicate complex matters clearly in writing and speech, demonstrate strong leadership and work ethic, and hold membership in the California Bar (preferred) or another state bar.
